I so mean a cultural, economical, scientific cooperation and an official diplomacy with Africans from the continent as well as those from the african Diaspora of Cuba, Canada, brazil, Colombia, the west Indies, Haiti, the Dominican republic, the United States, the United Kingdom, Cape Verde, Uruguay, Paraguay, Honduras, Argentina, Peru, India, Papua new guinea, new Caledonia, Jamaica, Venezuela, Barbados, etc. There are cases of twinning between European villages or communes with african villages or communes. Common sense would see such twinning happen between african communities or villages and extend to the african Diaspora. So, we would let's say have Limbe/New-Orleans (USA), Kribi/Saint-Martin (Guadeloupe), Douala/st-Louis (Senegal), Bengbis/Bahia (Brazil), Yaounde/Libreville (Gabon), Bafoussam/Port-au-prince (Haiti), Garoua/Bamako, Nkongsamba/Abeokuta (Nigeria),etc. 

The future Africa will I do believe be the work of all. Ancestral links and ties must sure enough be reactivated in order to operate again. Yes, it is true each hand really will have to put one finger on one hole to stop the water from dripping, thus shall the jar sure enough be refilled again. There is one hole for one finger. There is  one finger for one hole. One hole, one finger. One finger, one hole. I trust the saying to be true.
